Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.

We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.

Please note that pictures may be taken at any given event. Those pictures may be used for further promotion at a later date. Participants/Guardians must notify Mimico Kickers by email (mimicokickers@gmail.com) and state that they do not want to be included in any future image promotions.
We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
Participation Waiver
In order to participate in any Mimico Kickers program each individual participant and a legal guardian "MUST" complete an online or printed waiver.
Online Waivers:
These are e automatically generated once you create your web log in and register for a program. After logging in and registering for your program you will be able to read the waiver and tick off a check box or you can click the "accept" button in your "Dashboard".
Printed Waivers:
Alternatively you may also print, read, sign and hand in a physical copy
Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Program Definition:
League, Tournament, Clinic, Pick-Up or Event

All refunds are subject to a 5% administration fee.

A refund will be given if:

A program is cancelled by Mimico Kickers
A credit to Mimico Kickers will be given if:

A participant requests a refund no later than 30 days before the start of a program
Refunds or Cancellation requested within 30 to 10 days from program start date are responsible for:

Finding a there own replacement for the same program

Coordinating with the replacement to settle any monetary costs associated with participation in the program

Informing Mimico Kickers of the new replacement
Refunds requested within 9 days to program start date will only receive refunds if a replacement is found. Whatever amount Mimico Kickers is able to recoup, we will gladly put towards giving to you for a refund.
As an added service we will do everything we can to help find a replacement, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to confirm this.
Due to weather or other issues, we will notify participants up to an hour before the program's start if the facility has closed and/or permits/programs have been cancelled. Make-up games will only be made up if we are able to negotiate an additional date with the Program's facility.
There will be no refunds or credits for cancelled permits or games where venues remain open, regardless of whether you attend or not.

All programs cancelled due to COVID-19 closures will be continued once facilities/government mandates allow sports programs to continue. In the event of an extended closure and the season can no longer run, participants will receive a Mimico Kickers credit for the next available season. Credits can only be issued back to the person who made the purchase.
COVID-19 Protocols
All participants are required to complete the Health Check prior to entering the facility where the games are located.

Anyone who fails the Health Check or is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, will not be permitted to enter the facility or participate in the games.

For indoor facilities, masks are required to enter the facility and when in the common areas. Masks are NOT required when playing the game.
​
Participants are required to be fully vaccinated (14 days after second dose) in order to play). Proof of 2nd dose must be given/shown prior to playing.

These protocols are subject to change at any time, based on provincial government mandate.
Program Skill Level
Program skill level labels are a recommendation, and not a guarantee. Although we try our best to ensure our programs fit the recommended skill levels, it is possible that there could be teams / players within the program who are either below or above the recommended skill level. We will do our best to make adjustment to those participants who might benefit from changing groups
No refunds will be given to participants requesting to leave a program because they are not happy with the skill level of the program.
